Nature of Services

Astrology consultations are provided for guidance and informational purposes based on Vedic Astrology, birth chart analysis, palmistry, Vastu, gemstones, and related astrological methods.

No Guarantee or Warranty

Astrological predictions, interpretations, advice, remedies, or recommendations are based on astrological calculations and professional interpretation. No guarantee or warranty is provided regarding the accuracy, certainty, or outcome of any prediction or advice.

No Guaranteed Results

We do not guarantee any specific result or outcome regarding marriage, relationships, career, business, education, finances, family matters, or any other aspect of life.

Client's Responsibility

The client is solely responsible for any decision or action taken based on the consultation. Astro Shree Ravindra shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, disappointment, or consequence resulting from decisions made by the client based on the consultation.

Accuracy of Information Provided by Client

The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including Date of Birth, Time of Birth, Place of Birth, and other relevant details. Any incorrect or incomplete information may affect the analysis and interpretation.

Payment

The consultation fee must be paid in advance to confirm the booking. A booking will be considered confirmed only after successful payment.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Once the consultation booking and payment have been confirmed, the payment is non-refundable and cannot ordinarily be cancelled.

Clients are therefore requested to carefully review the service details, consultation fee, and Terms & Conditions before making payment.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling, if offered, will be subject to availability and the applicable booking/rescheduling rules. Rescheduling does not constitute a refund.

Consultation Duration

The consultation will be conducted for the duration specified at the time of booking. The client is expected to join on time and provide the required information before or during the consultation.

Delay or Non-Attendance by Client

If the client fails to attend the consultation at the scheduled time, joins significantly late, or is unavailable during the booked consultation period, the consultation may be considered completed and the fee will not ordinarily be refundable.

Professional Conduct

Clients are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behaviour during consultations. Abusive language, threats, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour may result in termination of the consultation without refund.

Confidentiality

Information shared by the client during the consultation will be treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where necessary for legitimate legal or safety reasons.

Important Disclaimer

Astrology is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other specialised advice. For matters requiring a qualified professional, clients should consult the appropriate licensed or qualified professional.

Remedies and Recommendations

Any gemstone, puja, mantra, spiritual practice, Vastu recommendation, or other remedy suggested during a consultation is provided as an astrological recommendation. No guaranteed result is promised from any remedy.

Intellectual Property

Any written analysis, report, personalised content, or other material provided as part of the consultation is intended solely for the client and may not be reproduced, published, resold, distributed, or commercially used without prior permission.

Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

Astro Shree Ravindra reserves the right to refuse or terminate a consultation in cases of abusive behaviour, harassment, fraudulent activity, misuse of the service, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Acceptance of Terms

By selecting the checkbox and proceeding with payment, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted these Terms & Conditions, including the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

No Assurance of Future Outcomes

The client understands that astrology deals with interpretations and possibilities rather than guaranteed future events. Therefore, no assurance of a particular future event, timing, result, or outcome is provided.
